Santa Monica Pier is located in Santa Monica and reflects the liveliness of southern California. Wanting to experience the bright lights and night life at the pier, I visited in the late evening. What I discovered was a vibrant environment full of fun, laughter, and games.
At the start of the pier, you come across an arcade full of games and prizes. It was full of people laughing, competing, and all-around having a good time. As you continue down the pier, you come across different food stands with fair-like snacks and beverages. Towards the end, you reach various rides and a ferris wheel. Overlooking the ocean, you have great views from these attractions. All in all, Santa Monica Pier offers a day full of fun and games.
